Personal Training
Personal Training involves assessing where your interests & capabilities are currently, setting goals to strive for, then together formulating a step-by-step plan to achieve 1 or 2 goals at a time. You receive encouragement and support with actionable advice, from a certified professional who has experienced the process firsthand. Not only should training be addressed, but aim to have any questions about performance and recovery answered. This cannot cover medical questions however.

As an NASM-certified personal trainer, I integrate my expertise in fitness with my over a decade of personal experience. My methodology goes beyond the pursuit of physical goals; it focuses on establishing a deeper connection with the body, mind and surrounding environment. I view your wellness as a transformative journey, guided by the principles of balance, dedication, and a deep respect for each individuals needs. This means not only is it about pushing yourself in training, but learning how to help your body and mind relax more so they can recover from the challenges being thrown your way.
Nutrition Coaching is about discovering your current eating habits and lifestyle patterns that relate to them through journaling and conversation. Then identifying healthy goals and laying out a realistic plan to achieve 1 or 2 at a time, adjusting as we go. This is done utilizing small lifestyle adjustments and Behavior Change Strategies to work towards together. You should always be at the center of this process.

In addition to my background in personal training, I am also an NASM-certified Nutrition Coach. Recognizing nutrition is fundamental to a healthy life. my approach extends beyond mere calorie counting or trendy diets. I advocate for a nature-inspired perspective, assisting you to align your eating habits with what genuinely nourishes your body, mind, and spirit. Just as nature thrives on balance and diversity, so to do our bodies. Together we will identify your current eating habits along with the foods and habits that energize you, all while respecting the uniqueness of your life and implementing sustainable practices. My coaching framework emphasizes discovery of abundance—specifically, abundance of energy, vitality, and connection to what truly sustains you. Through guidance and personalized strategies, I aim to help:
