Hello and welcome to the Martial Forest Blog. We hope to provide those endeavoring to live a healthy holistic lifestyle with the tools, support, and guidance they need on their journey. This desire, dare I say passion, comes from a life of struggle to find such things on my own journey.

My name is Logan Wooldridge, and I am excited to be the primary contributor on this platform. My journey began when I left home, sparking my passion for designing personalized training and nutrition plans nearly 15 years ago. Over the years, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in the realms of Nutrition & Cooking, Training the Body, and Training the Mind. Despite my years of dedication, I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong process, especially in fields as dynamic as nutrition and fitness.

I am dedicated to sharing not only the knowledge I have acquired so far but also the fresh perspectives I am constantly gaining. While I spent a significant part of my life in urban areas, I gradually shifted towards immersing myself in nature as I aged. This has equipped me with valuable insights on balancing the demands of contemporary life, but going forward I intend to tailor my lifestyle more closely to my personal requirements. Residing in the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont now provides me with greater opportunities to do so. Through this blog and upcoming services on this website, I aim to promote a lifestyle that is more adaptable. The dynamic nature of Exercise & Nutrition motivates me to continuously delve deeper into both the sciences and their practical applications. By sharing my experiences, I aspire to motivate and enlighten others who are also navigating their own path to well-being.

Furthermore, I am thrilled to introduce my old friend Steven Parkis. He will serve as the Web Editor and secondary contributor to this blog. Steven will be sharing his insights in the categories of Tech/Social announcements and Steven's Journal. For those who wish to connect with us more frequently, we are active on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube which are handled primarily by him.


It has only been about a month since we realized we could help one another towards our goals. I had been struggling to figure out the technology side of things, and he had begun to garner a small following on TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@mindsetenterprise1?_t=8rYf0LoJrGI&_r=1) but started to struggle to keep up with the demand for quality information and general content. I had already attempted to build this website but was having trouble getting the design from paper to the screen, so he has been great at getting everything as close as possible to what I was seeing and helping in developing many of the pages and features further. We will be adding more features such as services and a booking calendar in the coming year. But for now, we will work to deliver you all the best information possible here on the blog and our social channels.


I will be posting weekly in Training the Body, where you will find not only articles on exercise but Relaxation methods such as stretching too. Weekly posting in Training the Mind will include posts on topics such as meditation, Notetaking & Time Management. Bi-weekly I will post in Nutrition & Cooking, covering topics such as Meal Planning or "All about Carbohydrates". And I will post monthly in my Personal Journal, keeping you informed on the lessons i am still learning in making all this work within my own life.
